  • 01 | Vision

    To bring your vision to life, you'll meet with our talented Design & Contracts Director, Chris, to map out your expectations and begin discussing your project's individual needs. Look, feel, scale, materials, quantity, detailing, budget and delivery are defined, designed and refined at this stage.

  • 02 | Initial drawing

    We offer a complimentary initial drawing with pleasure and will happily make a single revision in line with client feedback at no charge. Subsequent designs or revisions are chargeable at 10% of the total project cost should the commission for any reason not be made. All designs, whether produced or not, remain the intellectual property of Celtheath Ltd.

  • 03 | Quote

    When an initial drawing is confirmed, and we agree on a delivery date, we will create a fee proposal in line with your decided budget. We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the production slot in the workshop and the remaining 50% when the piece is ready to leave the workshop.

  • 04 | Material palette

    We instinctively start the creative process with our material, so it makes sense that we do that together too. We encourage you to visit the showroom and explore our extensive material library. We will happily source and supply any specified fabric you require and are always happy to work with our clients’ material for an agreed fee.

  • 05 | Final design

    When you place your order, the refined designing process can begin. Our dedicated design & development team will work closely with you to create final drawings for approval. We advise visiting our showroom to try out different cushion fillings, comforts & ergonomics that will impact the bespoke nature of your order. No request is too small; our team will work with you on every detail.

  • 06 | Sourcing

    Our high-quality feather, foam, and fibre fillings are from local suppliers. Filling combinations carefully chosen for each collection offer optimum comfort and longevity. We make our frames from carefully sourced solid FSC beech or birch, robustly constructed with glue, screws and dowels. All frames come with a lifetime construction guarantee.

  • 07 | Prototyping

    Once approved drawings are put into production, depending on your requirements, we can start with a prototype for your evaluation at an agreed fee or go straight to the final piece. Our workshop doors are always open for visitors, where you can visit your order in person during production. Therefore, it is imperative that you are involved in every stage of the bespoke process to ensure the project is precise to your specification.

  • 08 | Production

    We make our handcrafted furniture to order, so please allow a reasonable production window from receipt of final design approval. We quote lead times in good faith based on the best available information and will notify you by telephone of any delays at the earliest opportunity.

  • 09 | White-glove removal

    We provide a white-glove furniture removal service to the luxury hotel and leisure industry, clearing individual rooms, entire floors or the whole establishment to suit your refurbishment needs. You can expect minimum of two-man delivery, a dedicated Account Manager and pre-removal/delivery access checks.

  • 10 | Collation

    We can receive, store and deliver your new furniture, fixtures and equipment requirements from any provider until you are ready for installation. Collating products from several suppliers and arranging delivery and installation is a service tailored to accommodate the needs of our clients.

  • 11 | Storage

    With over 120,000 square feet of storage in two locations, we can accommodate most storage requests. Our ample warehousing capacity spreads across two distribution hubs in London and Long Eaton - which provides logistic solutions across all regions of the UK.

  • 12 | Quality control

    Before items leave the workshop, our experts examine each piece meticulously. All elements, from threading to detailing, are inspected, tested, and rechecked. Beds and headboards include a trial assembly to ensure perfect fit and quality before it's carefully packaged for delivery.

  • 13 | Delivery

    Our skilled white-glove delivery team will promptly deliver, install and set up rooms, bars, and restaurants following your project schedule; on time and for a fair price. We provide nationwide exclusively using our fleet of Celtheath vehicles. Our two-person teams have been part of the Celtheath family for many years & have a wealth of experience. Your furniture will be delivered to your room of choice, unpacked & left ready to use, with all packaging removed & recycled where possible.

  • 14 | Aftercare

    We offer a 5-year Commercial Guardsman guarantee against accidental spills, rips, tears, and burns for peace of mind. Please discuss this add-on insurance at the quoting stage. We recommend plumping your cushions as often as possible to keep them looking newer for longer. Please visit our Aftercare resource for more guidance.
